Israel’s economic crisis deepens due to war with Iran.

A few days after the imposition of a ceasefire and the defeat of the Zionist regime in the war with Iran, Hebrew and Western circles are examining the extent of the damage inflicted on this regime, especially on the economic level, and emphasize that Israel deepened its crisis by entering the war with Iran.

The heavy cost that Iranian missiles imposed on the Zionists

In this regard, the Italian website Virgilio announced in a report titled “War against Hamas and Iran; Heavy costs for Israel and Netanyahu”: As the conflicts escalate, questions arise about the real costs of these wars for Israel, especially after the publication of initial estimates of economic damage and numerous warnings about Israel’s severe economic crisis.

In this context, a report from the American newspaper Wall Street Journal also showed that the daily cost of the war that Israel launched against Iran was hundreds of millions of dollars. The Israeli newspaper The Times, in turn, addressed the heavy cost of the regime’s defense organizations in confronting Iranian missiles and, while pointing out the failure of Israel’s defense systems against Iranian missiles, emphasized that intercepting a missile costs at least 10 times the price of the missile itself.

Jalizwa Kalski, a researcher at the Israeli Institute for Homeland Security Studies, said in this regard, Using the David’s Sling system to intercept a missile costs about $700,000, while the cost of intercepting a missile by the Arrow 2 system reaches $3 million and the Arrow 3 system reaches $4 million. According to official Israeli data, Iran fired more than 400 missiles during this war, and the cost of countering them by Israeli defense systems was staggering.

He added: “Military spending goes beyond defense spending and also includes significant costs at the level of infrastructure and operations of the Israeli Air Force, including the use of F-35 fighter jets and precision-guided bombs, which cost Israel tens of thousands of dollars per hour, and Israel had never incurred such costs in any war.”
