Pakistan’s Speaker: Recent Riots Strengthen Tehran-Islamabad Partnership.

From the Public Relations Department of the Pakistani Parliament, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq met with Iranian Ambassador to Islamabad Reza Amiri Moghadam today (Friday) and congratulated the nation and government of Iran on the victory over the aggressor Israel.

Interior Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan Ghulam Mustafa Shah were also present in this meeting.

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq stated: A successful outcome for Iran and Pakistan in this turbulent period and the recent conflicts in the region will further strengthen their bilateral partnership.

Referring to the negative and unconstructive role of some parties in the Israel-Iran conflict, he said that the Pakistani parliament and people stand in complete solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran and that our parliament had previously condemned Israel’s aggression against Iran in a resolution. In addition, the majority of the parliamentarians also announced their explicit support for the Islamic Republic of Iran during their recent speeches on the country’s budget.

The Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan expressed regret over the martyrdom of more than 50,000 Palestinians due to Israeli aggression, calling it a disaster that has deeply affected every Pakistani.
