PNN – Following the Zionist regime’s aggressive and terrorist attacks on Iran’s peaceful nuclear facilities, including the Arak heavy water research reactor, the Saudi Arabian Nuclear Regulatory Organization warned against targeting peaceful nuclear facilities.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the Saudi Arabia Nuclear and Radiation Supervision Organization wrote on its X-net user page: Any armed attack by any party and any threat to target peaceful nuclear facilities is a violation of international resolutions and the UN Charter, international law, as well as the Statute of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
This Saudi stance came after the Israeli regime, continuing its armed attacks against peaceful Iranian facilities and places, carried out a direct military attack on the Arak heavy water research reactor on Thursday. A facility that is fully monitored and verified by the International Atomic Energy Agency, and this monitoring is carried out in accordance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 2231 (2015) and the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
Earlier, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said in statements that Israel’s aggression against Iran has raised regional threats to the highest level.
He warned that the consequences of Israeli attacks on Iran could lead to a leak of nuclear radiation.
