What are the 7 bankrupt Zionist institutions as a result of the Iranian attacks and the Gaza war?

PNN – The Gaza War, and especially the Sadeq 3 missile attacks on the occupied territories, have caused huge losses to seven strategic institutions and the economic sector of the Zionist regime.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Al Jazeera News Network stated in a report that, in addition to military crises, the Zionist regime has gone through one of the most difficult economic conditions in the history of its existence, stating that Since the start of the war, major companies and economic sectors in the Zionist regime have faced increasing challenges, including the cessation of activities, a sharp decline in foreign investments, a drop in stock values, and the paralysis of strategic sectors in the occupied territories, such as tourism, technology, and energy.

The report quotes Amir Yaron, the head of the Bank of Israel, as adding that the ongoing war in Gaza has so far imposed more than $67 billion in military and civilian costs on the Israeli regime.

According to a report by the American Rand Center, the losses caused by the Zionist regime’s war in Gaza and Iran over the next 10 years are expected to exceed $400 billion for the regime. This is despite the fact that 90 percent of these losses include indirect effects of the war, such as reduced investment, challenges in labor markets, a drop in production, and economic collapse.

The Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper also reported that The Israeli regime’s attack on Iran, which was met with a retaliatory Iranian missile response called the “Honest Promise 3,” cost the Israeli regime one billion dollars a day. This issue was explained by “Reem Aminakh”, a senior officer in the regime’s reserve forces, who explained that the current costs are for offensive and defensive operations, and that the indirect economic costs and damages resulting from this war have not been calculated in this estimate.

Aminach, a former financial advisor to the Israeli army chief of staff, estimates the cost of the first two days of the war alone at $1.5 billion.

Part of the indirect damage of the war against Iran for the Zionist regime is the flight of 10 million Israelis to shelters and the closure of businesses in most economic sectors, which paralyzed these sectors.

In this report, Al Jazeera examines seven companies and economic and strategic sectors in which the Zionist regime has faced huge losses in this area, most of which have been caused by missile attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran.

  1. Bazan Petrochemical Company

Bazan Group, the Zionist oil refining company, is one of the largest economic groups in the occupied territories, headquartered in Haifa. The company is responsible for oil refining and petrochemical industries in the occupied territories and is one of the main pillars of the energy sector in Israel.

The Islamic Republic of Iran’s missile attacks on the company’s refineries caused extensive damage and halted its operations. Video footage showed huge explosions as a result of the missile attacks on the company’s facilities.

  1. Chevron Company

Chevron manages two gas fields, Tamar and Leviathan, in the Mediterranean Sea. Leviathan is the largest gas exporting company in the occupied territories, supplying more than 40 percent of the regime’s gas production.

Following Iran’s missile attacks on the Zionist regime in Operation Promise 3, the company suffered major damage in the Leviathan gas field. This issue was also emphasized by the Ministry of Energy and acknowledged by Bloomberg News.

  1. Intel (Kiryat Gat)

Intel’s Kiryat Gat factory in the occupied territories employs thousands of people. The company lost about 15 percent of its employees during the Gaza war, as they were members of the Israeli army’s reserve forces and were sent to the battlefields.

  1. The Zionist regime’s Al-Aal company

Following the Israeli attack on Iran, all flights of the Israeli airline El Al were suspended and Ben Gurion Airport and Israeli airspace were closed. This caused the company’s shares to fall by 3.5%.

  1. Bezeq Group

The group is the largest telecommunications group in the occupied territories, offering a full range of telecommunications services. In addition to the losses it suffered in the Gaza war, which is estimated to have reached $14.5 million in 2024, the company has been subject to numerous cyber-attacks since the beginning of the war on Gaza. In 2023, there were over 3,380 electronic attacks against companies listed on the Israeli stock exchange, which imposed a total cost of over $3.2 billion per year on the regime.

  1. Emerging Technologies Sector

The Israeli tech sector has faced an unprecedented crisis over the past year, as a result of the Gaza war and a decline in international investment. Foreign investment in these companies has almost dried up, causing many to close or significantly scale back their operations.

  1. Tourism sector

The Israeli regime has reported an unprecedented decline in tourism revenues and losses of $3.4 billion since the start of the war in Gaza in October 2023. Statistics from the Israeli Ministry of Tourism show that the number of tourists entering the occupied territories has decreased by 90 percent since the start of the war in Gaza.

The paralysis of air transportation and insecurity and instability in the occupied territories are among the most important reasons for the decline in tourists.

The Israeli Hoteliers’ Group announced that hotel occupancy in some areas of the occupied territories has dropped to 10 percent, compared to a normal occupancy rate of 80 percent.

Despite the occasional flights of the Israeli regime in recent months, the Israeli airspace has been completely closed since the start of the war against Iran, and thousands of Zionists were forced to flee the occupied territories by boat to Cyprus.
