According to Al Jazeera Mubasher, Abu Marzouk added: Marwan Barghouti, Ahmed Saadat and Abbas al-Sayed are among the most prominent Palestinian leaders that the occupying regime refuses to release.
He stressed that so far, no violation by the Zionist regime has been recorded in the implementation of the ceasefire agreement.
Abu Marzouk also said that the occupying forces have retreated to the yellow line, but they still control about 53 percent of the area of the Gaza Strip.
He emphasized: In the future, we will not accept the presence of the occupiers in the areas under their current control, because their continued presence in the Philadelphia axis means cutting off the Gaza Strip’s connection with the depths of the Arab countries and Egypt.

The Israeli army officially announced the implementation of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip this Friday afternoon, stating: According to the agreement, Israeli forces will remain stationed in certain areas of the Gaza Strip, and movement from the southern Gaza Strip to the northern Gaza Strip will be permitted via Al-Rashid Street and Salahuddin Road.
At the same time, Al-Jazeera’s correspondent reported the opening of Al-Rashid Street and the beginning of the return of Palestinian refugees from the central and southern Gaza Strip to Gaza City.
