The senior official of the Russian Foreign Ministry emphasized that the country is ready to continue efforts to end the war in the Gaza Strip.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia announced that “Mikhail Bogdanov”, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia and Special Envoy of the Russian President for West Asia and Africa, in a meeting with “Abd al-Hafeez Nofal”, Ambassador of the Palestinian Authority in his country, emphasized that Russia is ready to help continue the efforts. in order to end the bloodshed in the Gaza Strip.

In the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, it was stated: “This conversation focused on the issue of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and was held with an emphasis on the ongoing intense conflicts and the worsening humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. “The Russian side confirmed that it is ready to continue active efforts aimed at ending the bloodshed in the Gaza Strip as soon as possible and providing the necessary humanitarian aid to the residents of this Palestinian strip.”

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs wrote in its statement that the Russian side stated “Moscow’s unshakable position in supporting a just Palestinian-Israeli agreement based on recognized international laws on the formation of an independent Palestinian state with the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.”

“Ashraf al-Qadara”, the spokesman of the Gaza Ministry of Health, announced on Monday, on the 115th day of the war in Gaza, that the number of martyrs had increased to 26,637 people.

In the meantime, there are fierce clashes between the resistance forces and the occupying army in different axes of Gaza City, and at the same time in Khan Yunis, the Palestinian fighters are fiercely resisting the advance of the Israeli military.
