These sources added: In the past, al-Sanwar has consulted directly with Hamas leaders many times in the crucial moments of being close to an agreement on the verge of reaching an agreement. He also contacted him directly after the martyrdom of the children of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political office of Hamas.
The mentioned sources stated: A limited circle, which in the end does not exceed two or three people, is aware of al-Sanwar’s location and his circle of connections with Hamas leaders inside and outside. Al-Sanwar prefers martyrdom to exile. His wish is to meet the conditions of resistance or martyrdom, and this option is preferred by most Hamas leaders.
These sources said: while Al-Sanwar has a very serious and decisive character, he is very social and humorous. He does not even think about exile and leaving Gaza. Due to being in Israeli prisons for a long time, he is aware of the movements of the Israelis.
Al-Sharq Al-Awsat wrote: “Benyamin Netanyahu,” the prime minister of the Zionist regime, has high hopes for his army to reach Al-Sanwar to achieve the desired victory; But so far it has failed and al-Sanwar has remained a knot for Israel.
The Zionist regime has assessed Al-Sanwar as the “mastermind” of the Al-Aqsa storm operation and has placed him on its assassination list. The assassination of al-Sanwar has become one of the most important goals of the Zionist regime’s war, and the espionage organization of this regime has made a lot of efforts to find traces of him, but it has failed in this way. The occupying regime seeks to assassinate the Palestinian resistance leaders while the war against the Gaza Strip has raised a new generation of resistance leaders who are much stronger than the previous generation.
