According to the report of Pakistan News Network, The famous analyst of the Arab world wrote in an article in Rai Al-Youm referring to the developments in Syria: I received an email from one of the prominent Christian figures in Syria with this content; When the Christmas tree in Al-Saqilbiyah in Hama and before that in Aleppo and then the burning of the tomb of Abu Abdullah al-Khosibi, one of the most prominent religious figures of the Alawite clan, and the increase in attacks on minorities, as well as insults and assassinations of some of them by Islamic extremists; All of them are evidence that a good future for Syria is not conceivable. People are scared, worried and disappointed.
Abdul Bari Atwan added: The new regime in Syria has committed many mistakes and has caused Syrians inside and outside Syria to turn away from the new rulers of this country. Among the mistakes of the new Syrian regime, the following can be mentioned;
First, it is turning away from confronting the Zionist regime and moving towards signing peace with this regime, which many considered as the new regime’s turning its back on the Palestinian issue and changing Syria’s attitude in this regard for more than 76 years.
Second, the presence of extremist groups within the new system and enmity with religious and sectarian minorities and their turning to provocative religious actions, revenge and illegal actions.

Third, the attempt to separate Syria from the axis of resistance against the Zionist regime and the United States and its movement towards normalization and the new Middle East envisaged by Netanyahu.

Fifth, the distribution of positions among relatives and the expulsion of most of the Syrian opposition groups, whether military or civil, from the new system and the institutions of this system.
This analyst further referred to the chaotic internal situation in Syria and the existence of a large number of weapons and internal conflict, and mentioned it as a danger for Turkey and the Zionist regime and noted: The great danger that Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s Türkiye faces is in the Christian-Alawi coalition against the new regime in Syria and against Türkiye. There are about three million Alevis in Syria and another four million in Türkiye, and it is not unlikely that the Kurds will join this coalition. If this new coalition is formed on the ruins of some mistakes of the new Syrian regime and its supporters, it will greatly destabilize the situation.
