PNN – A prominent Palestinian analyst sharply criticized the Arab regimes’ surrender to American dictates, emphasizing that Trump came to the region to extort trillions of dollars in ransom from Arab countries to solve America’s economic crisis, not to solve the crisis of war.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Abdul Bari Atwan, editor-in-chief of the trans-regional newspaper Rai al-Youm and a prominent Palestinian analyst, dedicated the new editorial of this electronic newspaper to US President Donald Trump’s regional trip and wrote: Regarding Trump’s trip to the region, two terms are frequently repeated in the media, accompanied by exaggerated and unprecedented media controversies: One is calling this trip historic, even though this is not Trump’s first trip to the region, and he is not the first American official to visit Saudi Arabia. The second issue is related to the exaggeration in describing the crisis in relations between Trump and his strategic ally, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the occupation regime; while it is not clear where this crisis came from, especially regarding the issue of the release of Aidan Alexander, who is more of an Israeli soldier than an American and has no political or military value.
Trump has come to extort money from Arab countries to solve the US crisis
Abdul Bari Atwan added: Contacts between Trump and Netanyahu have not been interrupted, and Trump’s trip to Tel Aviv will also take place, because Zionist officials are the ones who build America, not the other way around. In fact, Trump is coming to the region to grab as much of the billions of wealth from Arab countries as possible to prevent the collapse of the US economy and reduce its $42 trillion public debt, and the Arab countries are the only parties that can fulfill Trump’s goal, not his allies in Europe.

Why does Donald Trump constantly humiliate Benjamin Netanyahu with his decisions?
He continued: Therefore, Trump’s failure to travel to occupied Palestine at this time is aimed at deception and covering up his real plans. Yes, it’s true, Trump’s trip could be historic, but only if he orders an immediate halt to the occupation regime’s genocidal war against Gaza and threatens to use his military power to force Netanyahu to accept this demand. But as Arabs and Muslims, we are all accustomed to repeating American terms and exaggerating the welcome given to American officials in Arab countries.
Obviously, Trump will return to the US with his hands full and trillions of dollars, and immediately after the US presidential plane flies to Washington, Netanyahu will launch a fierce attack on Gaza. This situation is similar to the example that says “the birds flew with their own food”. Ultimately, the genocidal war and crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza, the West Bank, Yemen, Lebanon and Syria will continue with endless US support.
Trump forced to negotiate after his threats against Iran and Yemen failed
The Palestinian analyst noted: Trump knows that his threats have failed in China and Russia, just as he has realized the failure of his threats in Yemen and Iran, and for this reason he backed down from his threats and turned to negotiations to end his real and imaginary wars.
Abdul Bari Atwan continued by sarcasm and harsh criticism of the Arab regimes’ good service to America and the Zionist regime, and their failure to provide any assistance to the Palestinian people: Diplomacy is one thing and submission to dictates and blackmail is another. It is not true at all that Arabs cannot say no to America. Arab countries must abandon the customs of “grace” and “respect” for guests today; because the West knows nothing of ethics and only understands the language of its own profit and benefit. Westerners do not give anything to anyone without receiving a reward, so why do Arabs not treat them in the same way?
At the end of this short article, he said: Ultimately, we hope that Trump will not return to Washington with a single dollar, except by guaranteeing an end to the genocidal war against Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, and Yemen, a retreat from his criminal policy of displacing the people of Gaza and occupying this strip, the full implementation of the two-state solution, and the establishment of a Palestinian state without Saudi Arabia yielding to pressure to normalize relations with the occupying regime.
