Ceasefire in Lebanon; The beginning of the fire for “Netanyahu”

PNN – Following the establishment of a ceasefire in southern Lebanon, the possibility of multi-layered cases against Netanyahu in the occupied territories has greatly increased.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, on November 27, 2024, after 2 months of direct war between Lebanon’s Hezbollah and the Zionist regime, with the mediation of the United States, a ceasefire was established on the borders of occupied Palestine and Lebanon. This cessation of war in southern Lebanon brought advantages and opportunities for each of the two sides of the war, but it seems that the main loser of this truce is none other than “Netanyahu”, the totalitarian and warmongering prime minister of the Zionist regime.

Since the beginning of the war, Netanyahu, who has been accused by his opponents of warmongering and prolonging the battle with the aim of not being eliminated from the political arena, has now been forced to leave the field in a part of the war, on the northern borders of the occupied territories, an action that has consequences for him. Netanyahu is now on the verge of a free fall both in the domestic and international arenas.

“Netanyahu”, the culprit of the first row of October 7

When Hamas carried out the “Storm of Al-Aqsa” operation, the first thought of the Zionist settlers was, “Where are the intelligence-security apparatuses and the Zionist army at the time of this heavy blow?” Simply raising this question without providing an answer was a failure for the Zionist regime and the head of its power pyramid, that is, “Netanyahu”. For this reason, the military and security authorities took steps to take responsibility for this failure in different languages; To the extent that “Aharon Haliwa”, the head of the intelligence service of the Zionist regime’s army (Aman), resigned from his position after writing a letter to his staff and taking full responsibility for the failure. But the only person who did not accept this atmosphere and literature was “Netanyahu”. Not only did he not apologize, but on several occasions he tried to call himself innocent by blaming the security and military commanders. This was not the whole story and “Netanyahu” did not stop there. He tried to delay the identification of the culprits of the war by preventing the formation of the fact-finding committee.

“Netanyahu” court cases

During the last month, there has been back and forth between “Netanyahu” and the judicial system of the Zionist regime. Netanyahu’s judicial system and Israel’s attorney general have asked Netanyahu to appear in court to answer the charges raised in corruption and bribery cases.

On the other hand, “Netanyahu” asked the judicial system to give up this demand in the middle of the war, to postpone his appearance in court to present explanations to another time, but the judicial system did not accept this request of the prime minister. As a result, Netanyahu’s non-appearance in court will lead to the issuance of a judgment in absentia for him.

Creating a parallel expectation in Gaza

The continuation of the war in the Gaza Strip with the failure of the Zionist army raises the question, “Why is a truce possible with Lebanon, but not possible in the Gaza Strip?” This question is asked by two groups. First, the families of the prisoners of the Zionist regime, whose children are still in the captivity of the resistance after a year and a half of war. Second, the reservists of the Israeli army who are present in the Gaza Strip. These groups of soldiers have been fighting for consecutive months and according to the Zionist circles, they have suffered a kind of wear and tear.

The ceasefire in Lebanon has created the expectation inside the occupied territories that a similar action will take place in the Gaza Strip. This expectation will eventually bring an exit, and that is the intensification of pressure on Netanyahu to end the war in the Gaza Strip.

The realization of the ceasefire in Lebanon gave opportunities to each of the conflicting parties in Lebanon, but the only person whose opportunities will be reduced in this ceasefire is “Netanyahu”, the criminal prime minister of the Zionist regime. Now, at a time when the International Criminal Court has issued a criminal sentence for “Netanyahu”, he is also under pressure in the domestic arena, and it can be said that with the ceasefire in Lebanon, “Netanyahu” is one step towards the fall and the end of his political life.
