In the continuation of its report, The Times wrote that the monitoring of Ukraine’s border areas through spy planes, satellites and drones is seen in the plan under consideration by European leaders.
In this regard, a Western official said that the area where we have a significant advantage over Russia is air power, and it can be used as the most effective way to “punish” Moscow.
He added that the support of the United States is considered necessary for the implementation of this plan, and if Donald Trump agrees, this support can be provided through American planes based in Romania and Poland.
NATO ground forces in Eastern European countries may also intervene if necessary to ensure the security of Ukraine.
