According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting from “Arabi 21” news site, Ofir Shalih, a former member of the Knesset of the Zionist regime, pointed out that the consequences of this issue (the formation of a military government in Gaza by the Israeli army) will have a negative impact on the economy, the army and the deteriorating international position of the Israeli regime.
Speaking to the Zionist regime’s Channel 12, he added: These days, the public interest [of the Zionists] is focused on Israel’s attack campaign to the north (against Lebanon) and the issue of Israel’s response to Iran’s attack.
The former member of the Knesset of the Zionist regime added: In the shadow of these cases, an action is being taken in the Gaza Strip, the consequences of which are painful to say the least, and despite the fact that everything is set for it, Israel is taking another big step in the direction of controlling the Gaza Strip without an announced decision.
For the second year in a row, the occupying regime of Israel has started brutal attacks against the Gaza Strip, ignoring international and UN calls for a ceasefire.

According to Ofir Shalih, the path to a real military government [in the Gaza Strip] (by the Zionist regime) is very short, and according to reports, talks are now underway with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
He stated that at the military level, this means that the soldiers will be involved in food, water and medicine distribution operations in the depth of the frustrated and hostile population.
The former member of the Zionist Knesset also explained: This means that the [Israeli regime] army forces will be stationed in the Gaza Strip and Yoav Galant (Israeli War Minister) had previously estimated that four divisions would be needed for the military administration in Gaza.
According to Shalih, the mechanisms of the Zionist regime mean that the Israeli regime is on the way to the real occupation of Gaza, an action that is a dream for Smotrich (Israeli regime’s finance minister) and for the army, the economy and the international position of this regime, which in any situation every day getting worse, it’s going to be a nightmare.
The former member of the Knesset of the Zionist regime emphasized that the responsibility of the results will not be on Netanyahu alone, but also on the perpetrators of the crimes who know exactly what the result of their actions will be.
The Israeli regime, with the support of the United States, has launched a devastating war against the residents of the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, as a result of which, in addition to massive destruction and deadly famine, more than thousands of Palestinians, most of whom are women and children, have been martyred and injured.
Despite all these crimes, the Zionist regime has admitted that after 12 months of war, it has not yet been able to achieve its goals of this war, namely the destruction of the Hamas movement and the return of the Zionist prisoners from the Gaza Strip.
