Hamas: Without the end of the war, there is no negotiation for the exchange of prisoners

PNN – Referring to the lack of negotiations with Tel Aviv on the extension of the ceasefire, the deputy head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement emphasized that the war must be stopped so that the exchange of prisoners can start again.

According to Pakistan News Network, Saleh Al-Arouri, the deputy head of the political office of Hamas, emphasized that there is no ongoing negotiation with the Zionist regime regarding the ceasefire.

Al-Aroori told Al-Jazeera news channel: “Until the end of the attacks and a complete ceasefire, there will be no exchange of prisoners.” Israel insists that there are still women and children [Israelis with Hamas], but we said that we handed over all the women and children.”

Since the morning of last Friday, December 1, the Israeli army has resumed its aggression against Gaza after a ceasefire that lasted for about a week, during which there was an exchange of prisoners between the Tel Aviv regime and the Palestinian resistance.

An Israeli political source claimed that “Tel Aviv is ready for more ceasefires and talks about prisoners; “The ball is now in Hamas’s court.”

Despite this source’s claim, Israeli sources reported that the Mossad delegation, which was present in Qatar for prisoner exchange negotiations, left this country and returned to occupied Palestine.

Before the end of the war, there is no exchange of prisoners

Al-Arouri pointed out that all the prisoners in Hamas prison are soldiers and men who served in the Zionist army: We are ready to exchange the bodies of Israelis with the bodies of our martyrs, but we need time to remove the Israeli bodies.”

This Hamas official also said: Israel has decided not to resume the exchange of prisoners with the new criteria. Our official position is that there is no exchange of prisoners before the end of the war.

In the end, he emphasized: Everyone will see that Israel cannot release its current prisoners except in exchange for the release of all our prisoners who are in Israeli enemy prisons.

Referring to the developments in the ceasefire and emphasizing that the Hamas movement is “far from collapsing”, the Hebrew newspaper “Israel Hum” called for the continuation of Israel’s military operations against the Gaza Strip with the aim of “defeating” this movement.

The Israeli enemy has not succeeded in the war

Al-Aroori continued by pointing out that women and children were not the cause of the resistance program and said: We are absolutely sure that Israel will never be able to dominate Gaza. The forces that the enemy has used to capture Gaza are enough to fight a country, but it is the strength of the resistance that more than 50 days have passed and the enemy has not been able to succeed.

The enemy is thinking about how to get out of the Gaza swamp

This Hamas official stated that the Palestinian people support the resistance and believe in the serious and sacred mission of the resistance, and said: There is no concern about the resistance. Resistance at its best. The title of the current war is not what will happen after Hamas, but the title of this war is how the Israeli enemy wants to rid itself of the Gaza swamp.

He described the goal of the Zionists to displace people and kill them and emphasized: They already had this plan. Today there is a war in Gaza and now they are trying to relocate the people of Gaza, but I must announce that this plan failed from the first day.

The West Bank will participate in the ongoing battle

Al-Aravi pointed out that since the beginning of the war, the enemy carried out every crime he had in mind, and pointed out: Zionists are committing crimes in the West Bank. Three of the commanders of the Jenin Battalion who were arrested three days ago, were executed in the field. We are sure that the West Bank will participate in the ongoing battle.
