PNN – Palestinian media reported that since the implementation of the first phase of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli regime has violated this agreement in various ways.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing the Palestinian Al-Rasaleh news site, the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip consists of three stages, each stage lasting 42 days. The first phase of the ceasefire ended on Saturday.
During the 42 days of the first phase of the ceasefire, the Zionist regime has violated it almost a thousand times with shootings, attacks, airstrikes and bombings. During this period, 77 shootings, 45 military attacks, 37 bombings, five arrests of drivers and fishermen, and 210 cases of airplanes fleeing the Gaza Strip (contrary to the ceasefire provisions) have been recorded, as a result of which 98 Palestinian citizens were martyred and 490 people were injured.
According to this report, since the implementation of the ceasefire agreement on January 19, 2025, the occupiers have violated it in various ways.
First: cases of field violations
According to this report, the military vehicles of the Zionist regime have been advancing and infiltrating the lines subject to withdrawal, especially the Salah al-Din axis on the border of the Gaza Strip with Egypt, and have crossed the agreed distances of about 300 to 500 meters.
While shooting at Palestinian citizens and martyring a number of them, the occupiers destroyed dozens of houses and destroyed large areas of land.
The center of these actions was in the intersection of “Al-Sultan”, “Tal-Salam”, “Tal-Zo’rab”, “Al-Oudah”, “Al-Shouka”, and east of “Al-Maghazi”, east of “Al-Brij”, “Al-Shaja’iyya” and “Al-Saudi”.
Ceasefire violations in the field include 77 shootings, 45 attacks, and 37 bombings, five arrests of drivers and fishermen, and 210 aircraft flights. As a result, 490 people were martyred and 98 people were injured.
It is stated in this report that 32 martyrs were martyred within the first two hours of the implementation of the ceasefire agreement between 8:30 AM and 11:15 AM.

Second: Violations of the agreement on prisoners
The Zionist regime has released Palestinian prisoners with delays of 2 to 6 hours in all stages of the exchange; while according to the agreement, he should have released the Palestinian prisoners within one hour after handing over his prisoners.
The release of the seventh group of Palestinian prisoners, whose number was more than 600, was delayed for 5 days under false pretenses.
This regime also forced the prisoners released on February 15 and 26 to wear clothes with racist writings.
The Zionist regime did not adhere to the number of prisoners included in the prisoner exchange agreement and opposed the release of 47 of these prisoners and insisted on replacing them with other prisoners, so that the total number of prisoners released outside of the agreements reached 56.
The occupiers opposed the release of 3 prisoners from the Gaza strip, namely “Tareq Labd”, “Rami Khalil Halabi” and “Saham Musa Abu Salem”, a 70-year-old female captive.
The Zionist regime beat, tortured and starved the Palestinian prisoners until the moment before their release.
The occupiers did not allow a large number of families of West Bank prisoners exiled outside Palestine to meet their relatives.
Third: Cases of humanitarian violations, providing aid and providing shelter
The Zionist regime has refused to take the necessary measures to speed up the process of rebuilding the Gaza Strip based on the humanitarian protocol.
Preventing the occupiers from importing the necessary amounts of fuel to Gaza. 50 tankers carrying fuel were supposed to enter this area daily, but during the first 42 phases of the ceasefire, only 978 tankers entered this area, which is 46.5% of the agreed cases. In the last two weeks, this figure reached only 10 tankers per day.
Prohibiting the import of fuel products by the commercial sector.
Transferring only 15,000 prefabricated houses out of a total of 60,000 prefabricated houses.
Also, non-importation of equipment and heavy machinery for debris removal and searching for bodies and importation of only 9 heavy vehicles out of at least 500 required vehicles are other violations of the ceasefire agreement.
Preventing the import of construction materials and medical equipment needed for the preparation of infrastructure and hospitals and the rescue department.
Preventing the import of required ambulances and importing only 5 ambulances.
Banning the import of cattle and poultry.
Fourth: Violation of the agreement on the Rafah crossing
Keeping the Rafah crossing closed to civilians and not increasing the number of sick and injured passengers to leave the Gaza Strip through this crossing to complete treatment.
Continuing travel restrictions and even intensifying them instead of reducing these restrictions.
Preventing the resumption of movement of goods and trade through the crossing.
Failure to launch the crossing based on August 2024 consultations.
Returning dozens of sick and injured passengers despite an agreement that they travel outside the Gaza Strip to complete treatment.

Fifth: Violation of the agreement about Salahuddin axis
Failure to reduce the Zionist occupying forces in the Saladin axis in a gradual manner as the mediators promised.
Continuation of the Zionist occupying military attack in deeper distances daily instead of reducing the military presence.
The occupiers not withdrawing from Salahuddin’s axis on the 42nd day as agreed.
Sixth: violation of political agreements
Deliberately delaying the start of the negotiations of the second stage, even though according to the agreement, these negotiations should have started on the 16th day of the agreement. The occupiers want to sign an agreement contrary to what they have signed.
With the support of the United States, the Zionist regime launched a devastating war against the residents of the Gaza Strip from October 7, 2023 to January 19, 2025, but it did not achieve its goals of destroying the Hamas movement and returning the Zionist prisoners of war and was forced to agree to a ceasefire with this movement.
The ceasefire agreement between Hamas and the Zionist regime came into effect on the morning of Sunday, January 19, 2025, which includes three phases; each phase lasting 42 days, and during this phase, the implementation of the agreement in the second and then the third phase will be negotiated.
While the negotiations for the second phase of the agreement were supposed to start on the 16th day of the first phase of the agreement (February 3rd), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu prevented it, because he wants to extend only the first phase, which has been opposed by Hamas.
