The news published in these media from Syria after Bashar al-Assad’s government is so happy, promising, hopeful and without any problems for life in Syria that this simple question arises: Persian language media, which use this approach to produce content intentionally, what have they assumed about their audience in the Persian language, especially Iranians? An audience lacking the power of analysis or media literacy?
The analysis of the content of the output of the Persian language media in the last weeks after the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad’s government shows that not only are they reporting that now Syria has become a paradise and a utopia that even Western countries cannot reach.
