According to the International group of Pakistan News Network, at the same time as the pressure is increasing for the International Court of Justice to issue an arrest warrant for the political and military officials of the Zionist regime for their brutal crimes against the people of Gaza, the American website Axios revealed that Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of the Zionist occupation regime, whose name is at the top of the list of those who should be arrested, asked US President Joe Biden to prevent the issuance of an arrest warrant for him and other senior Israeli officials by the Hague Court.
Netanyahu’s attempts to escape the arrest warrant
Axios stated that Netanyahu’s request was raised during a phone call with Biden, emphasizing that Netanyahu asked Biden to prevent the issuance of an arrest warrant for him and other Israeli officials, including War Minister Yoav Galant and Army Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi.
This American website also reported that members of Congress from both the Republican and Democratic parties have threatened the International Court of Justice in The Hague to issue an arrest warrant against Israeli officials and announced that such an action would be met with a response from the United States.
At the same time, the Zionist regime has launched a judicial and diplomatic campaign to prevent The Hague Court from issuing an arrest warrant for the officials of this regime.
Israel’s Hebrew newspaper Hume announced on Monday in a report that Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz has ordered Israeli embassies and diplomatic missions abroad to launch a massive protest campaign against the decision of The Hague Court if arrest warrants are issued against senior Israeli officials.

In a situation where The Hague Court has announced its readiness to take action against Israeli authorities, Zionist experts in the field of international law announced that Netanyahu’s cabinet and Israel’s judicial institutions are responsible for the predicament in which Israel is now caught.
In a conversation with Haaretz newspaper, these Zionist experts emphasized that Netanyahu’s cabinet has not taken any action to deal with ministers and officials who have committed war crimes. In addition, Netanyahu’s cabinet did not oblige the army to comply with international laws in war.

He emphasized that the Israeli judiciary ignored the repeated requests of various organizations to prevent the commission of war crimes against the Palestinians, and this means that it issued the necessary permission to the authorities to commit war crimes in Gaza.
On the other hand, Eliab Lieblich, a professor of international law at Tel Aviv University, also stated that the provocative campaign launched by senior Israeli officials after the October 7 operation against the Palestinian people played a significant role in losing the trust of international circles, including The Hague Court, in Israel’s legal and judicial institutions.
What does it mean to issue an arrest warrant for the Zionist authorities?
Rui Shandrof, who previously worked as the deputy attorney general of the Zionist regime in the field of international law, also said in the same context that the mere decision of The Hague Court to issue an arrest warrant for Israeli officials means that this court has enough evidence of war crimes committed by Israeli officials.
Haaretz newspaper announced that Israel is not a member of The Hague Tribunal and does not recognize its authority. 123 signatories of the Rome Statute and members of The Hague Tribunal can execute the arrest warrant of the Israeli authorities, and this warrant cannot be appealed if issued.
