During his tenure in the Zionist army, he designed and planned a plan called “Tnufa”. The purpose of this plan, which was considered a huge transformational plan during his presidency of the Zionist Army, was to make a pathology regarding the past process of the army. In fact, a new framework should be created to build forces from within and new elements should be added to the army. Also, a new activism of the army should be designed and a concept like the concept of victory in this plan was completely transformed in the framework of Israel’s military plans.
Tanufa plan
