PNN – Referring to the recent speech by the Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah Sheikh Naim Qassem opposing Hezbollah’s disarmament, the famous analyst of the Arab world announced new developments and the rise to power of Hezbollah’s young military elites who will target the heart of Tel Aviv.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Abdul Bari Atwan, a famous analyst in the Arab world, wrote in an analytical article in the Rai al-Youm newspaper: The speech two days ago by Sheikh Naim Qassem, Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, in which he emphasized that Hezbollah will never lay down its weapons, is not weak, and has options to respond to successive Israeli attacks, is considered one of his most important and sensitive speeches since the succession of the martyr Hassan Nasrallah; and it is a confirmation of the possibility of the imminent return of the Lebanese resistance to the battlefield with the occupiers, who have violated the Lebanese ceasefire more than 2,700 times since its inception.

He added: The salient points of this speech can be summarized in two points: first, Sheikh Naim Qassem’s emphasis that he will not allow the disarmament of the resistance because this weapon liberated the occupied Lebanese lands and supports Lebanese sovereignty, and second, he revealed for the first time that Israel is seeking to expand its occupation of Lebanese lands in order to settle Palestinians whom it wants to expel from the West Bank and Gaza by force of arms, killing, and genocide.
The analyst added: We agree with Sheikh Naim that Hezbollah is not weak and that there are options for responding to Israeli attacks, and that these attacks are not just a violation of the ceasefire, but also an affront to the sovereignty and dignity of the Lebanese, and that Hezbollah liberated southern Lebanon and won the 33-day war in 2006. It is true that Hezbollah suffered severe blows and lost its historic leader, martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and its top-ranking commanders were martyred after the Pijri attacks. After that, in a tripartite American-Israeli-Turkish conspiracy, Syria was separated from the axis of resistance with the fall of its regime, and the route of Iranian military aid from Syrian territory to Hezbollah was closed; but “good comes from evil.”
The analyst emphasized: Morgan Ortagus, the US ambassador to Lebanon, showed the height of his impudence when he mocked Sheikh Naim Qassem’s speech. He also showed the height of his bullying and complete ignorance about Lebanon, Hezbollah, and the entire region, and perhaps he and his government will greatly regret this impudence in the future.
He emphasized: Hezbollah’s weapons are a strategic necessity that should not be approached, especially after the massacres committed by armed groups affiliated with the new rulers in Damascus in the coastal region of Syria. In addition, Israel’s successive attacks on Hezbollah, as well as its violation of the ceasefire and failure to fully withdraw from southern Lebanon, make it not only necessary to preserve the weapons, but also more necessary to develop them.
