Temporary cease-fire in Gaza, an opportunity to reorganize the resistance.

Temporary cease-fire in Gaza, an opportunity to reorganize the resistance.

In the midst of a temporary ceasefire in Gaza, Amir Abdollahian’s trip to Beirut and Doha is a warning to the Zionist and American leaders that the resistance groups are on the trigger to inflict heavy blows on the enemy if the occupation forces start a war.
After several weeks of continuous efforts by regional mediators with the American and Zionist authorities, a fragile peace has reigned in Gaza since 7:00 a.m. Friday for 4 days so that the Palestinians can rest for a few days from the noise of the occupation’s bombardment. Immediately after the start of the ceasefire, aid trucks entered the Rafah crossing in preparation for delivery to the residents of the Gaza Strip, and 200 aid trucks containing food and medicine are scheduled to enter Gaza.

The al-Qassam battalions have announced that this ceasefire will last for four days and during it, all military actions by the parties must be stopped. According to the al-Qassam organization, three Palestinian women and children prisoners will be released in exchange for one Israeli prisoner. According to Al Jazeera, based on this agreement, it was decided to release 150 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons in exchange for the release of 50 prisoners who were captured by Hamas during the Al-Aqsa storm operation. Majid Al-Ansari, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, also announced that with the humanitarian ceasefire in Gaza, the first group of civilian prisoners will be exchanged around 4 o’clock on Friday.

Despite the ceasefire agreements, the Zionist army continued their limited attacks on areas in Gaza until the last moments and even after that, which resulted in a number of martyrs and injuries. After the ceasefire, the occupying forces opened fire on the refugees who were returning to their homes in northern Gaza, which resulted in the martyrdom and wounding of a number of them.

The ceasefire agreement went through a long process and from the very first days of the “Al-Aqsa Storm” operation, negotiations were held between the Zionist authorities and the Egyptian and Qatari sides, and Doha played a central role in this. Mohammad bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the Foreign Minister of Qatar, who was one of the influential people in the process of the ceasefire negotiations in recent weeks, expressed hope that the temporary ceasefire will lead to the achievement of a lasting agreement that will lead to the cessation of war and the start of comprehensive peace negotiations. Al-Thani also said we hope that this ceasefire will lead to serious talks to start a comprehensive and fair peace process in accordance with international resolutions.

This is the first ceasefire in the past 49 days of clashes between Hamas and the Zionist army, and international, regional, and public indicators and positions show that the intensification of pressure on Israel to stop the war in Gaza may provide an opportunity to turn the temporary ceasefire into a permanent one. slow

However, the outcome of the developments indicates that the Zionists have no desire for a permanent ceasefire. Yoav Gallant, the Minister of War of the Zionist regime, once again claimed that after the end of the temporary ceasefire, military operations would resume with full intensity, which he said would last at least two months. The Chief of Staff of the Israeli army, Herzi Halevi, also claimed that the army would not end the war. Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the war will continue until all prisoners are released.

According to Tel Aviv officials, it seems that the occupiers do not want to stop the indiscriminate attacks on civilians and the bombing of the city, as they have repeatedly stated that any ceasefire would benefit Hamas, which contradicts the ultimate goal of the Zionist extremists, which is the complete destruction of Hamas. On the other hand, the cessation of these bombings will defeat the six-week effort of the leaders of Tel Aviv to evacuate the residents of northern Gaza by resorting to extensive firestorms in these areas, as the local media report has told about the desire of the displaced people to return to the northern areas in the early hours of the ceasefire.
