PNN – Qatar’s “Al-Sharq” newspaper revealed the content of the new American proposal to reach a cease-fire agreement in the Gaza Strip and the exchange of prisoners between the Zionist regime and the Palestinian resistance that, it emphasizes the continuation of the occupation of the Israeli regime in the Salah al-Din axis on the southern border of the Gaza Strip with Egypt and allowing this regime to resume the war after a possible ceasefire.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Al-Sharq newspaper has mentioned in its report that according to the provisions of the new American proposal to reach a cease-fire agreement in the Gaza Strip, the presence of the Zionist regime army in the Salah al-Din axis (Philadelphia) on the southern border of the Gaza Strip with Egypt will be reduced, but the occupying forces will not completely withdraw from this axis.
According to the provisions of this proposal, the Palestinian Authority under the supervision of the Zionist regime will manage the Rafah crossing in the south of the Gaza Strip, but the type and form of this management has not yet been determined. Also, the Zionist regime will monitor the return process of Palestinian refugees from the center and south of the Gaza Strip to the north of this area in the “Netsarim” axis in the center of the Gaza Strip, and the form of this supervision has not yet been determined.
According to Al-Sharq, in the details of the proposal, it is stated that a large number of Palestinian prisoners who will be released in this agreement will be deported outside occupied Palestine, and the Israeli regime has the right to oppose the release of at least 100 Palestinian prisoners.
The Zionist regime’s failure to withdraw from the Gaza Strip, according to the text proposed on July 2, is one of the other provisions of the new American proposal to reach a ceasefire agreement.
Also, the provision of aid to the people of the Gaza Strip is conditioned and subject to the agreement with the aforementioned provisions.
According to another provision of the American proposal, the issue of a permanent ceasefire will be reviewed in the second phase of the agreement and within a certain time limit, and if the Hamas movement does not agree to the demands of the Zionist regime, the army of this regime will return to war and withdraw its military operations from will start.
The American proposal also states that the negotiations on the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip and the lifting of the blockade of this area depend on the results of the negotiations that will take place after the implementation of the first phase.

The Zionist newspaper “Yediot Aharnot” also quoted a senior official of this regime and wrote without mentioning his name: In the recent meeting of the negotiating parties in Doha, Qatar, the main issues were not addressed and none of the basic issues were resolved.
This senior Zionist official said that the authorities of Tel Aviv are deceiving the masses of Zionists and the families of prisoners held by the Hamas movement.
This meeting was held while the Hamas movement boycotted it and stressed that the basis of the agreement should be the proposal that was discussed before and that Hamas does not accept the discussion of a new proposal because such a plan is nothing but wasting time for the benefit of the Israeli regime.
The Zionist Channel 12 also quoted some Zionist sources without mentioning names and said that based on the American proposal to achieve a ceasefire, ordinary women and military women as well as (Zionist) prisoners will be released first. According to this plan, the names of the Palestinian prisoners who will be released in front of the Zionist prisoners will also be announced.
These sources added that Washington’s proposal meets most of the demands of the Zionist regime, but does not resolve the differences regarding the axes of Saladin (Philadelphia) on the southern border of the Gaza Strip with Egypt and “Natsarim” in the center of the Gaza Strip.
According to these Zionist sources, the list of Palestinian prisoners includes 47 prisoners who were released in the exchange agreement of Gilad Shalit, a former Zionist soldier, with Palestinian prisoners, but were captured again.
Channel 12 of the Zionist regime’s TV previously said: Although the Israeli security apparatus has proposed alternative solutions regarding the Saladin axis, Netanyahu insists on the continuation of Israel’s military presence in this axis.
The Zionist media reported yesterday that the United States presented a new proposal called “Improved Proposal” to the negotiators at the recent meeting in Doha, Qatar.
The countries of Qatar, Egypt and the United States, as mediators of the ceasefire negotiations, announced the end of this round of negotiations in the city of Doha on Friday in a joint statement.
While the media of the Zionist regime and some American officials talked about the progress in the new round of negotiations in Doha, the sources of the Hamas movement rejected the claim and said that the negotiations did not yield any results. The Hamas movement emphasizes the need to put pressure on Netanyahu’s cabinet to agree to the agreed plan. However, the conflict round of talks is set to take place in Cairo next week.
Abu Zahari added: The talk of reaching an agreement is an illusion, and what we heard through the mediators is a sign of a complete reversal in the negotiations and a violation of the provisions agreed in the July 2 negotiations.
“Osame Hamdan”, one of the other senior officials of the Hamas movement, also said that there is no real will on the part of the United States to establish a ceasefire in Gaza.
Hamdan added: What the Americans are proposing now does not include a ceasefire or the withdrawal of the Zionist army from the Gaza Strip.
He stated that the names of the Palestinian prisoners have not been discussed in the current negotiations and said: “The ceasefire must be guaranteed within the framework of clear criteria.”
Hamdan added: America’s attempt is to give time to the occupying regime to carry out more killings.
