When it comes to Turkey, this country’s support for Palestine and its hostile rhetoric towards Israel is not considered a European perspective in any way. German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer said in Washington on October 31, 2002, that Turkey would enter the European Union when Mexico became part of the United States of America.
Since the beginning of Israel’s military campaign against Hamas, the indiscriminate use of force has resulted in civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip.
