‘Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar’ Scheme Monthly Installments on 5, 10 Marla houses

LAHORE – Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz shared more details of Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar Scheme, as the provincial government aimed to help people getting their house, without paying interest.
The flagship housing program got a recent update as it will be implemented in three stages.

Additionally, private housing schemes will offer homes ranging from 3 to 5 marlas, with government subsidies of up to PKR 1 million per house.

In a similar development, founder and chairman of Akhuwat Foundation Dr. Amjad Saqib visited CM Maryam Nawaz to commend her efforts on launching housing program.

Chief Minister also acknowledged Akhuwat’s contributions under Dr. Saqib’s leadership and announced that the low-cost housing initiative is already underway in Punjab. She highlighted that the program will progressively expand each year to support more low-income individuals in realizing their homeownership dreams.
