Iran and Pakistan are strengthening the operational level in the sea area

PNN – The Commander of the Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, emphasizing the importance of close relations with Pakistan, said: The purpose of participating in the “Aman-25” exercise is the effort of the two countries to improve the operational level in the sea area and hold bilateral exercises in the future.

Amir Admiral Shahram of Iran, who traveled to Pakistan’s Karachi port on Saturday at the head of a high-ranking Iranian military delegation to participate in the international exercise Aman-25, said in an interview: Iran’s presence at the highest level in this international event shows the importance of close relations with Pakistan.

Referring to the presence of the Nadaja floating unit and special operations team in the Amman naval exercise in Karachi, he added: This event is held at a high level and is an opportunity for Iran and Pakistan to improve the operational level in the sea area.

The Iranian admiral expressed hope that the interaction between the Iranian and Pakistani navies will provide a suitable platform for holding bilateral exercises in the future.

Appreciating the efforts of the Iranian Embassy and the Military Affiliation Office in Pakistan to pursue the fields of expanding interactions between the two navies, he said: Inviting Pakistani friends to participate in future exercises in the Islamic Republic of Iran is also on our agenda.

According to this report, Admiral Shahram Irani, Commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Navy arrived at the port city of Karachi in the south of the country on Saturday morning on the official invitation of the Commander of the Pakistan Navy to participate in the Aman-25 exercise and the “Aman” international dialogue conference.

Commander Nadaja and members of the accompanying high-ranking military delegation are going to attend the international naval exercise in Amman. The operation and navigation team of the Iranian Navy has also traveled to Karachi to participate in this exercise.

Meeting with the Commander of the Pakistan Navy, attending the Amman International Dialogue Conference and visiting the operational part of the Amman Multinational Exercise will be among the other plans of Commander Nadaja’s trip to Karachi.

Admiral Navid Ashraf, commander of the Pakistan Navy, expressed his satisfaction with the participation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the international naval exercise “AMAN-25” in an interview earlier this year: Pakistan has very constructive interactions with the Iranian Navy and we are eagerly ready to increase the level of this cooperation with our neighboring country.

Last year, Iranian Admiral made a four-day official visit to Pakistan.
