PNN – In a telephone conversation, the President of Pakistan, Syed Ibrahim Raisi, invited his Iranian counterpart to visit Pakistan and said: Islamabad is committed to developing close cooperation with Tehran in various fields.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, from the public relations of the Presidential Palace of Pakistan in Islamabad, in a telephone conversation with Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, Asif Ali Zardari congratulated the Islamic President of Iran, the government and the people of Iran on the arrival of Eid al-Fitr.
Zardari also expressed his condolences and sincere sympathy to the Iranian statesmen and bereaved families who lost their loved ones in the attack of the Israeli regime on the consular section of the Iranian embassy in Damascus.

Expressing his concern about the humanitarian crisis and the genocide of Palestinians by the Israeli occupying forces, he called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
Asif Ali Zardari assured Raisi that Pakistan will continue to work closely with Iran in all areas of mutual interest and further strengthen it.
He also emphasized the need to increase the exchange of information to overcome the security challenges of the two countries.
