PNN – Amid tensions with India, the Pakistani government appointed the current head of its military intelligence agency (ISI) as its new national security advisor, retaining his position.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, General Muhammad Asim Malik, who was appointed as the Director General of the Military Intelligence (ISI) in October last year, has now been introduced as the new National Security Advisor of Pakistan.
Amid tensions with India, the Pakistani government issued an official order appointing its National Security Advisor, which was also published by the country’s media.
