Pakistan declared 2nd March as the first month of Ramadan

PNN – The head of Pakistan’s National Isthilal Committee announced: Due to the lack of sighting of the crescent of the month of Ramadan on Friday evening (March 2) in this country, it is the first day of the holy month of Ramadan.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network from Pakistan’s national television, “Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad” in a conversation with reporters after the meeting of the members of this committee in “Peshawar” to announce the month. Ramadan said: The sighting of the crescent of Ramadan in the desired areas in Pakistan was not confirmed by the members of this committee, and Sunday is hereby declared as the first day of Ramadan.

The meeting of the regional committees of Istahlal was held in other cities of Pakistan at the same time, and the clerics and officials of this committee voted against the sighting of the crescent moon of Ramadan.

In Pakistan, the official announcement of the sighting of the crescent of Ramadan is done by collecting all the evidence regarding the sighting of the crescent and informing the head of the National Isthilal Committee in this country.
