Pakistani Minister: The Islamic Ummah has lost a great leader

PNN – The Minister of Climate Change of the Government of Pakistan expressed her sympathy and solidarity with the people of Iran after the martyrdom of Ayatollah Raisi and his companions and said: Today, the Islamic world lost a great leader.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, on the sidelines of visiting the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad to sign the memorial book for the martyrs of the helicopter crash in the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Rubina Khurshid Alam said in an interview: The government and people of Pakistan are mourning this irreparable tragedy.

She added: Today we lost a great leader in the Islamic world, this is definitely a loss for all Muslim nations.

This Pakistani official said: Today is public mourning in the whole country and the flag of Pakistan will be half-raised in mourning for the martyrdom of Ayatollah Raisi. We are with the great nation of Iran in this difficult time that can never be compared to any other situation.

She said: I offer my condolences to the people of Iran and the honorable families of the martyrs for this loss, and I pray for the late president and her martyred companions, and patience and reward for all the survivors.

Yesterday, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, attended the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran and met with the ambassador.

Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, who suffered an air accident from the opening ceremony of the Qiz Qalasi Dam in the direction of Tabriz city, in Varzghan region of East Azarbaijan province, along with all his companions, attained the status of martyrdom at the same time as the night of the birth of Imam Reza (a.s)

Ayatollah Al-Hashem, representative of the Grand Jury and Friday Imam of Tabriz, Hossein Amirabdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Malik Rahmati, Governor of East Azerbaijan, Sergeant Seyed Mehdi Mousavi, Commander of the President’s Protection Unit, and a number of bodyguards and helicopter crew were among the passengers of the helicopter carrying the President.
