PNN – A professor of strategic studies at Forman Christian University in Pakistan considered the Zionist regime’s terrorist attacks as an imposition of war on Iran and said: Tehran’s response in self-defense is legally justifiable, and the situation on the ground indicates Iran’s strategic and intelligence superiority over the enemy.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Dr. Zomorud Avan stated in an exclusive interview this Sunday that Military tensions in the region are actually caused by the belligerent behavior of Israel, supported by the United States. Of course, the silence of Western communities and the selective approach of the International Atomic Energy Agency also paved the way for Israel’s aggression.
He stated: The Israeli [regime’s] military attacks took place just one day after the adoption of an anti-Iranian resolution by the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Board of Governors, which unfortunately demonstrates the destructive role of the United States and, of course, the Agency’s indifference to its real responsibility rather than selective views.
Professor of Strategic Studies and Social Sciences at Forman Christian University, Lahore, Pakistan, added: Pressure on Iran in the form of Israeli military aggression and US President Donald Trump’s double-dealing behavior in the midst of nuclear negotiations has been exerted by forces opposing Iran to gain special interests, which, of course, will never be acceptable to Tehran.
He emphasized: Iran’s history shows that they are very flexible and united in the face of crises; therefore, in the current situation, as in the imposed war in Iraq and despite Western support, the Iranian nation is able to maintain maximum self-defense.
Zomorud Awan said: The Islamic Republic of Iran has consistently shown that real defense goes beyond weapons, namely in strategic superiority, information networks, and public support; and these same characteristics are also evident in the current field situation and reflect Iran’s strategic superiority against Israeli [regime] aggression.
He interpreted the consequences of Israeli aggression in the region as very sensitive for Iran’s neighbors, especially Pakistan, and emphasized: The escalation of regional tensions will further test the diplomatic positions of the neighbors.
