PNN: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif arrived in Quetta on Tuesday on a one-day official visit.
She was warmly received at Quetta Airport by Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, along with provincial ministers. After her arrival, the Punjab chief minister proceeded to the Governor House, where she is scheduled to hold a one-on-one meeting with the Balochistan governor.
During her visit, Maryam Nawaz will meet the families of those martyred and injured in recent terrorist attacks to express solidarity with them.
She is also expected to hold a meeting with Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti. Additionally, consultations with members of the Balochistan cabinet on the prevailing political and security situation in the province will be held at the Governor House.
Punjab ministers Marriyum Aurangzeb and Uzma Bukhari, along with the Punjab chief secretary, are accompanying the chief minister.
