The government of Pakistan declared security in Parachenar as its priority

PNN – Following the reactions to the recent unrest in the city of “Parachenar” in Pakistan, where the roads leading to this area have been blocked due to terrorist attacks and internal conflicts, and its residents have faced a shortage of basic goods, including medicine, the Minister of Interior of Pakistan announced that establishing security in Parachenar is a priority.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Following the continuation of the chaotic situation in the city of Parachenar and the threats against civilians by the Takfiri groups that have led to the blocking of the roads leading to this city for the past 70 days, Shia political and religious parties and institutions are supposed to hold Friday prayers in different cities today.

According to the officials of Pakistan Muslim Unity Party, the residents of Parachenar city have been facing severe problems for the past 70 days, such as lack of food, medicine and other basic goods due to the blocking of communication routes between Parachenar and other cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

Meanwhile, Pakistan’s Interior Minister, who has traveled to Peshawar to participate in a security meeting with the agenda of reviewing the situation in Parachenar, said today during a meeting with the Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that stability in Parachenar and establishing security is the government’s top priority.

Seyyed Mohsen Naqvi stated: The fight against terrorism will continue and in this regard, the government and security agencies of Pakistan will help strengthen the capabilities of anti-terrorist institutions.

According to this report, this year’s terrorist incident in the outskirts of Parachenar city has been followed by a wave of condemnations from high-ranking officials of Pakistan, leaders of political and religious parties.

In this criminal act, the occupants of several cars were targeted, during which at least 55 people were killed. Pakistani Shia parties blame Takfiri elements for committing such crimes.

After this incident, the bloody clashes between the two tribes living in Korem region continued for several weeks and at least 130 people were killed.

In response to the killing of the defenseless people of Parachenar, the Shia parties of Pakistan blamed the actions of the government and state officials to identify the perpetrators of this crime and said that the Takfiri forces are trying to destroy the atmosphere of peace and tolerance in the country.
