Zardari called for increased efforts to stop the genocide of Palestinians during Ramadan

PNN – While expressing his sympathy with the oppressed people of Gaza, the President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari asked the rulers of the Islamic world to increase their unified efforts to help the Palestinian nation and stop their genocide by the occupying Israel.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, from the public relations of the Presidential Palace of Pakistan in Islamabad, Asif Ali Zardari said during his message on the occasion of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan: This month is a message of endurance, sacrifice, brotherhood and tolerance.

He emphasized: In this month, the children of Islam, along with the closeness of God and taking advantage of the blessings of the best months, should also think about the weak and the needy.

Asif Ali Zardari prayed for the solution of internal crises and the development of Pakistan, as well as raising the status of the Islamic world, and added: “In this month, we should not forget the oppressed nation of Palestine.”

He emphasized: We request the leaders of the Islamic world to increase joint efforts to stop the genocide of Palestinians and establish a ceasefire in Gaza.

Since October 7, 2023, following the war of the Zionist regime against Palestine in retaliation for the operations of the resistance fighters known as “Al-Aqsa Storm”, more than 31 thousand people of Gaza have been martyred, most of them are women and children.

Residents of the Gaza Strip started the holy month of Ramadan while this region is facing humanitarian crises, siege, lack of food and destroyed mosques due to the attacks of the Zionist regime.
