Pak Sahafat – Reacting to the Egyptian president’s visit to Abu Dhabi, the president of the UAE Mohammad Bin Zayed called the relations between the two countries historic and strong.
According to the report of Pak Sahafat News Agency, the President of the UAE, Mohammad Bin Zayed, called the relations between the two countries historic after meeting with President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi.
According to the Emirati newspaper “Al-Khalij”, bin Zayed wrote after the meeting with Al-Sisi: “I was pleased to meet with Abdul Fattah Al-Sisi in Abu Dhabi, the relations between the UAE and Egypt are historical and strong and based on agreement and solidarity. The UAE is always eager to consult with its brothers for the benefit of the country and our people and the stability of the region and its development.”
Al-Sisi met with Bin Zayed on Monday night during a trip to Abu Dhabi and discussed the relations between the two countries and regional issues.
Ahmed Fahmy, the official spokesman of the Egyptian presidency, said that the two sides discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields, especially economic cooperation, joint investment and trade exchanges.
According to “Al-Cairo Al-Ikhbariya” website, the spokesperson of the Egyptian presidency said that Ben Zayed and El-Sisi also discussed the latest regional developments and issues of common concern and emphasized the continuation of joint efforts to resolve regional crises.
