15 human rights organizations warn against the role of the “Gaza Humanitarian Institute”

PNN – Fifteen international human rights organizations warned in a joint statement about the possibility of the “Gaza Humanitarian Institute” being complicit in the Zionist regime’s genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing the Palestine Information Center, Fifteen international human rights organizations issued a joint statement warning of the possibility of the “Gaza Humanitarian Institute” being complicit in the Zionist regime’s genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip, and called for an immediate halt to the institution’s activities, which they said had been accompanied by widespread chaos and the martyrdom of a large number of Palestinian citizens.

In an open letter, these organizations emphasized that this new model of distributing humanitarian aid through a private, armed entity is a dangerous and fundamental change compared to accepted international relief practices. The statement strongly condemned the inhumane and deadly system of aid distribution by this organization and called on all individuals and institutions that support or are supporting this project to immediately cease supporting the organization’s activities.

These human rights organizations warned that continued cooperation with this institution could result in criminal and civil liability for the institutions, their managers, representatives, and agents due to possible complicity in war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, and violations of international law, US law, and other legal systems. Among the signatories of this letter are the International Federation for Human Rights, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, the American Center for Constitutional Law, and the International Committee of Jurists.

According to reports, the United Nations and many non-governmental aid organizations have also refused to cooperate with the institution due to serious concerns about its performance, financial transparency, and impartiality. The organization, whose funding sources are unclear, is supported by the United States and the Israeli regime. According to the Gaza Health Ministry, whose data is confirmed by the United Nations, 467 hungry Palestinians have been killed and more than 3,600 others injured while trying to access food aid since the organization began operations in late May.
