1,600 terrorists killed in just the past few days; widespread support from the Syrian people for the army.
According to Al-Mayadeen, field sources in the heart of Hama city announced that the number of terrorists killed in the past few days has reached 1,600.
They added that the Syrian army is advancing on various axes, cutting off the terrorists’ supply lines and securing the liberated areas.
Field sources in Hama added that the Syrian army enjoys widespread popular support in its fight against terrorist elements.
This comes while a reporter for Al-Mayadeen reported that 3,000 Syrian citizens were captured by terrorists in Aleppo.
They added that the Syrian army is advancing on various axes, cutting off the terrorists’ supply lines and securing the liberated areas.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), a monitoring group based in the United Kingdom, said 132 fighters and soldiers were killed during the clashes on Wednesday, following an operation launched by HTS, which controls a large area of northwestern Syria.
Activists working with SOHR, which relies on a network of sources inside Syria, on Thursday reported that 65 HTS members were killed along with 18 from allied armed groups and 49 members of government forces, while “weapon depots, armoured vehicles … and heavy weapons were taken over”.
