27% decrease in popularity of Biden in Ukraine

PNN – A new survey showed that despite the US President’s emphasis on supporting Ukraine, his popularity in this country has decreased significantly.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the American publication “Politico” wrote in a report: “Despite the President-elect Donald Trump threatening to stop aid to Ukraine, almost half of Ukrainians trust him.”

In confirming its report, this American media referred to a survey conducted by the “New Europe Center” and wrote: According to this survey, 44.6% of Ukrainians trust Trump.

Politico wrote: In 2023, only 10% of Ukrainians preferred Trump to the current president Joe Biden, and 78% supported Biden, but now, 55% of them said they still trust Biden.

According to this survey, which was conducted in the second half of November and 1,000 Ukrainians participated in it, most Ukrainians want a more decisive and clear approach to the future of their country.

Politico wrote: Ukrainians hope that Trump will bring them peace.

According to this survey, 57.2 percent of Ukrainians believe that Western governments do not support Ukraine enough, and 40 percent believe that Western governments have done their best.

This survey showed that Biden’s popularity among the people of Ukraine has decreased by 27%, which is the biggest decrease in popularity among Western officials after German Chancellor Olaf Schultz with 25%.

The American government and some European countries are trying to increase the aid to Ukraine before Trump takes office and provide the ground for recapturing the east of this country from Russia.

Russia has warned that NATO and Western aid to Ukraine could lead to the start of World War III and a nuclear war between Washington and Moscow.
