Palestinians are unwilling to leave Gaza City

On the other hand, the Palestinian government media office in Gaza issued a statement emphasizing that more than 900,000 Palestinians remain in Gaza City and their places of residence, and they firmly oppose the occupiers’ efforts to forcibly displace them.

The statement, noting that the bombings and crimes of the occupiers in Gaza continue, stated that the Zionist army is trying to forcefully transfer people to southern Gaza by advertising the existence of tents and humanitarian aid, while these services do not exist in reality.

According to the report of this government institution, since the beginning of the crime of forced displacement, about 335,000 residents have been forced to leave their homes under heavy attacks and bombardments, and more than 60,000 people have been displaced in the last three days alone. However, more than 24,000 people have also returned to their original areas inside Gaza City, as the minimum living conditions in the south are not available to continue living.

114 attacks and 2,000 martyrs in the Al-Mawasi safe zone!

The Al-Mawasi area in Khan Yunis and Rafah, which the occupiers falsely describe as a “humanitarian and safe zone,” has witnessed more than 114 consecutive airstrikes and bombings, and more than 2,000 martyrs have been recorded in these attacks. These areas are deprived of the minimum essential facilities such as hospitals, water, food, electricity, and education, and life in them is almost impossible.

The office pointed out that according to the occupation’s maps, only 12 percent of Gaza’s area is designated as “temporary settlement” areas, where more than 1.7 million people are to be densely settled. This is an attempt to evacuate the north and Gaza City and is a complete crime against humanity.
