Joe Biden is losing to Donald Trump in a hypothetical election among young voters, according to a new poll.
A new NBC News poll released Sunday found Joe Biden with 42 percent of the vote among 34-18 voters, compared to Donald Trump’s 46 percent.
This poll means an early warning to the Joe Biden campaign about the trend of young voters moving away from him, as the 2024 presidential election approaches.
According to the USA Today website, in the 2020 election, the group of young voters was one of the voting blocs that influenced Joe Biden’s victory in this election. According to a poll of voters conducted by NBC News in 2020, it was found that Biden won the race among voters aged 18-29 with a margin of more than 20%.
Nevertheless, the superiority of Donald Trump over Joe Biden in this voting block is within the framework of the error rate of the poll in this block, i.e. negative or positive 6.2 percent.
According to the NBC News poll, Joe Biden lost to his Republican rival by a small margin of two percentage points in a hypothetical race with Trump among all voters of all age groups, and Trump won 46% and Biden 44%.
Biden obtained one of the lowest percentages of popularity in the survey, equal to 40%. 57% of voters said they do not approve of Biden’s presidency.
As the war between Hamas and the Zionist regime continues, 62% of respondents to this survey, including 30% of Democrats, said they do not approve of Biden’s management of foreign policy.
Also, 56 percent of the voters said that they disagreed with Biden’s administration regarding the war between Hamas and the Zionist regime. According to this survey, 51% of Democratic voters said that they believed that the Zionist army gave an extreme response to Hamas, but in comparison, 27% claimed that this regime’s response was justified.
The overall error rate of this poll is 3.1 percent.
