63% of Zionist students want to drop out of school.

According to Al Jazeera, the results of a survey on the effects of the war on students and college students after a year and its spread to other fronts, published by the Ma’ariv newspaper, showed that most Zionist students want to drop out of school.

The newspaper added that the survey provided worrying statistics about students, and psychologists warned of the increasing number of mental disorders among them and problems related to their studies and even how to deal with the current difficult psychological conditions.

According to the results of the survey, which was conducted by public mental health institutions in the occupied territories in early November, 64 percent of psychologists who were exposed to the survey stated that their visits due to mental disorders had increased as a result of the war.

According to the report, 61 percent of patients stated that they had waited at least 6 months to receive counseling from psychologists, and 12 percent stated that the waiting time for psychological counseling had exceeded one year.

The most important factors for referring students to psychological centers include anxiety and lack of concentration, depression, and stress resulting from war events.

76 percent of those who received psychological counseling stated that their problems were a result of the army’s recruitment drive, the constant warning sirens, and the closeness of family and relatives to the Zionist dead and wounded in this war.

The newspaper adds that 63 percent of the students have considered dropping out of school, and 10 percent have abandoned their studies.
