PNN – The first official foreign trip of a delegation from the Syrian transitional government arrived in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday night.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting from the Russia Al-Yum channel, an official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the transitional government of Syria announced this news on Wednesday night and added that this delegation went to Saudi Arabia under the chairmanship of Asad Al-Shibani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, accompanied by “Marhef Abu Qasra”, the Minister of Defense, and “Anas Khattab”, the head of the new Syrian intelligence agency.
This new official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Syria added that this trip took place after the invitation of Faisal bin Farhan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia, to Riyadh.

Saudi Arabia is the first foreign travel destination of the delegation of the Syrian Transitional Government.
This trip takes place after Ahmad al-Shara (al-Jolani), the head of the new Syrian administration, announced his views on Saudi Arabia and said that Riyadh is seeking the stability of Syria.
He added: Saudi Arabia has a big investment opportunity in Syria and will play a big role in the future of the country.
Al-Shara declared that he was proud to be born in Riyadh.
Pointing out that he lived in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, until he was seven years old, he announced his desire to travel to this country again.
