According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoted by Anatoly, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said that the ruling party (Labor), “Fatima Peyman”, has suspended a member of this party for supporting the parliament’s plan to recognize the independent state of Palestine.
The Sydney Morning Herald reported that Albanese announced in his speech to the Australian Parliament that “I met with Senator Peyman earlier today and he will not be attending the Labor Parliamentary Committee during the current round of meetings.”
On Tuesday, in the open floor of the Parliament, Peyman supported the bill proposed by Mehreen Farooqi, the deputy leader of the Australian Green Party, to recognize the independent state of Palestine.

This was the second attempt by Australian parliamentarians to recognize the independent state of Palestine.
Earlier, 145 countries of the world have recognized Palestine as an official member of the United Nations and as an independent country.
After reports of the expected action of the Labor Party to expel him from the party, Peyman stood by his decision and said: I am working to serve the people of Australia and preserve family values, and this makes me proud.
Last month, the Australian House of Representatives blocked the Green Party’s proposal to recognize the independent state of Palestine.
