A wave of resignations of senior Israeli army officers is coming.
According to Russia Today, the Hebrew-language newspaper Yedioth Aharonot acknowledged that the resignation of the Israeli army chief of staff will have a pyramid effect from the highest military rank of the army to the lowest.
The report states that a small number of Israeli army commanders have taken responsibility for the failure of October 7 and the confrontation with the Al-Aqsa Storm. With the signing of the ceasefire agreement with Hamas, it is expected that more officers of the regime will resign, including Oded Basiuk, head of the Operations Directorate.
Yedioth Aharonot added that Nimrod Al-Aluni, head of the officer academies who served as commander of the Gaza Division in recent years, is also said to be resigning.
The name of Eliezer Toledano, head of the Strategy and Iran Directorate in the Israeli army, has also been mentioned as someone who is set to resign.
The results of the ongoing investigation into the Israeli army will lead to the dismissal or redemption of dozens of officers of the regime
