PNN – The King of Jordan, who is facing criticism due to his country’s support of the Zionist regime and the activation of its defense during Iran’s missile-drone response to the occupied territories, considered Jordan’s security above all considerations.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting from Jordan’s “Ammon” news site, King Abdullah II of Jordan, in a meeting with a group of famous people, prominent personalities and representatives of al-Mafraq province, said: Jordan will never be a battlefield for any side, and supporting our citizens is a priority above all else.
Previously, Jordanian officials, including Foreign Minister Ayman al-Safadi, announced that the activation of Jordanian air defenses on Sunday morning at the same time as Iran’s punitive operation against the Zionist regime was a sovereign and national act and not a defense of this regime.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, by releasing a notice, announced the conduct of the “Promise Promise” operation and the firing of dozens of drones and missiles towards the occupied territories and positions of the Israeli regime with the aim of punishing Tel Aviv for the regime’s missile attack on the Iranian consulate in Syria.
The representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the United Nations also announced: Iran’s military action was carried out based on Article 51 of the United Nations Charter regarding legitimate defense in response to the aggression of the Zionist regime on the diplomatic places of our country in Damascus.
