According to the announcement of this union, hotel employees are facing work pressure and this problem has increased their stress and focus on the speed of providing services.
In addition, the low wages and salaries have also caused the dissatisfaction of the hotel staff.
The contracts of about 40,000 members of the United Hair union will end this year, and negotiations for a four-year extension of their contracts have started since May this year.
