Abu Ubaidah: The release of Zionist prisoners has been postponed until further notice.

According to Al Jazeera, the spokesman for the Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced the suspension of the prisoner exchange agreement due to the Zionist regime’s failure to adhere to its provisions.

In the message of “Abu Obeidah”, while announcing this news, it was stated: “Over the past three weeks, the Resistance Command has been monitoring the enemy’s violations and its failure to adhere to the provisions of the ceasefire agreement, including the delay in the return of refugees to the northern Gaza Strip and targeting them with airstrikes and shooting.”

He added: “The Zionist enemy delayed the return of refugees to the northern Gaza Strip and targeted them in various areas of the Gaza Strip and prevented the entry of relief aid into this strip in the manner agreed upon, while the Resistance did everything necessary.”

The spokesman for the Qassam Brigades emphasized: “Accordingly, the handover of the Zionist prisoners, who were supposed to be released next Saturday, February 15, 2025, will be postponed until further notice and until the occupation regime adheres to the agreement and makes up for the obligations of the past weeks.” Abu Ubaydah also said: “We emphasize our commitment to the provisions of the ceasefire agreement as long as the occupation forces adhere to it.”
