Abu Ubaydah’s family mourns with Palestinians.

According to the Palestinian Information Center, the statement, which was issued after the announcement of the martyrdom of this heroic mujahideen, depicted a human and spiritual face of the “masked spokesman,” revealing the moral, scientific, and jihadi characteristics of someone who had shaken the bodies of the occupiers for years and whose words had given hope to the hearts of millions of people around the world.

The family of this martyr, who was nicknamed the “masked family” (taken from the masked spokesman), issued a statement mixed with honor and pride, announcing the ascension of their son and commander, Hudhaifa Samir Abdullah Mahmoud Yassin Al-Kahlut, to Paradise.

According to this statement, this great commander, along with his wife, two daughters, and son, attained the high position of martyrdom during a cowardly assassination operation.

Emphasizing their acceptance of divine fate and destiny, the Al-Kahlut family announced: “This is the death of men and the end of heroes. Our beloved son walked on a path that was full of danger; He defended the sacred cause of his nation and was the voice of the resistance of this great people. He was assassinated many times on this path until God finally honored him with martyrdom.”

Another part of this statement refers to the impact of Abu Ubaidah’s words and states: “We ask God to elevate his ranks to the extent of all the hardships, fears, and dangers he endured, and to the extent of all the penetrating words with which he ignited the flame of hope in the hearts of the masses and revived the Palestinian cause in the minds and souls of the people on this planet.”

The family of this great martyr emphasized to the Palestinian people and the free people of the world that “Hudhaifa (Abu Ubaidah)” was never separated from the pain and suffering of his nation. He and his family, like other residents of Gaza, tasted displacement, hunger, and the hardships of the siege, but he never retreated from his principles. With his martyrdom, he showed that the leaders of the “Al-Aqsa Storm” were in the forefront of the battle and proved the truth of their words with the pure blood of themselves and their families.

This statement also reveals the hidden layer of Abu Ubaidah’s personality; a man who, beyond the mask of honor, was a model of Islamic morality.

Hudhaifa Al-Kahloot was a dutiful son to his parents, a kind brother, and a father who raised his children to memorize the Quran:

He was endowed with a wealth of intelligence and dazzling intelligence since childhood. He passed all stages of education with distinction and succeeded in obtaining a master’s degree and was in the process of completing his doctoral degree, when jihadist preoccupations prevented him from completing his thesis.

Martyr Hudhaifa was a man of few words but eloquent, secretive, and far from seeking fame. He always emphasized “sincerity” and believed that every believer should have a hidden secret and a sincere worship between himself and God that no one should know about.

He would shed tears upon hearing about the wounds and pain of Muslims and would be deeply angered by the conspiracies of the enemies of religion; a theme that reverberated in his poems and secret writings.
