Abu Ubaydah’s martyrdom, along with other Al-Qassam commanders, will not deter the resistance.

Sheikh Maher Hamoud, head of the World Union of Resistance Scholars, commented on the martyrdom of Al-Qassam commanders, including Abu Ubaydah, stating that while their loss is painful, it will not alter the path of resistance. He emphasized that the sacrifices of these martyrs will inspire future generations to continue the struggle, despite the challenges of destruction, displacement, and suffering.

Hamoud noted that the martyrdom of these leaders does not signify the end of their message or resistance. Instead, it reinforces the idea that the path will endure. He highlighted that the nation is currently facing numerous challenges but is also witnessing figures who embody dignity and resilience, which strengthen the self-confidence of nations to persevere.

Despite the undeniable pain from the loss of martyrs and the hardships in Gaza, he asserted that this suffering will not lead to despair. He concluded that the martyrs are a lasting presence, whose sacrifices are a moral and spiritual treasure for future generations. Among the martyrs mentioned were Mohammed Al-Sinwar (“Abu Ibrahim”), Mohammed Shabana (“Abu Anas”), and Hakam al-Issa (“Abu Omar”).
