According to this survey, 49% of Israelis supported the signing of the prisoner exchange agreement with the resistance in Gaza, and 30% opposed it.

After more than 10 months have passed since the Al-Aqsa storm operation and the captivity of a number of Zionists by the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip, this regime has not only been unable to release the mentioned prisoners, but a large number of them have been killed in airstrikes and Artillery of this regime in different areas of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s opposition to the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip has denied the possibility of reaching an agreement for the release of Zionist prisoners in exchange for the release of Palestinian prisoners from the prisons of this regime. And a number of Zionist prisoners have been killed due to the brutal bombing of various areas of the Gaza Strip by the Tel Aviv regime.

This has caused widespread protests by the families of these prisoners in the occupied territories. While they are demanding an agreement with Hamas for the release of Zionist prisoners, Netanyahu, who is confident of being tried for corruption after the end of the war, blocks any agreement in this regard.
