PNN – A majority of respondents believe that a randomly selected group of ordinary people would run the country better than the current members of the US Congress, according to the results of a new poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Sputnik, Rasmussen Reports said that 54 percent of participants in this new poll believe that a group of ordinary citizens randomly selected from a phone book would be better at running the country and dealing with America’s problems than current members of the United States Congress.
In the Rasmussen Reports report about this survey, it is stated that in the previous survey of this institute, which was conducted in December 2022 on the same topic, only 49% of the participants answered this question positively, which shows that in the interval between these two surveys, the level of dissatisfaction of the American people with the representatives of the Congress increased by 5%.
