According to the Palestinian Shihab news agency, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has issued a statement on the occasion of the 7th anniversary of October and the holy operation of the Al-Aqsa Storm, calling this day a historical turning point in the struggle of Palestinian groups and a natural reaction to the Zionist conspiracy to Destroying the national ideal of Palestine and dominating the lands and holy sites of Palestine and Judaizing it and taking control of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and continuing the siege of Gaza and emphasized that the Ezzeddin Qassam battalions and other Palestinian resistance groups carry this flag with faith, power and authority. they did
Hamas adds that the Zionist Nazi regime has carried out the most heinous crimes and killings and committed the most horrific genocide in modern history against the Palestinian nation in the last one year since last October.
The statement pointed out that the current crime has left more than 41 thousand martyrs, most of whom are women and children, and said that more than 96 thousand people were injured in these attacks and most of the missing are still under the rubble of the buildings. Thousands of Palestinians have been arrested. This statistic is only specific to the Gaza Strip, and more than 600 Palestinians have been martyred in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, and a quarter of them are children. More than 6,000 other people are injured and more than 11,000 Palestinian citizens are locked up in the prisons of the regime and have been exposed to the most severe tortures and gradual murder.
While declaring solidarity with the martyrs of the resistance, especially the commanders of the martyred resistance, including Martyr Ismail Haniyeh and Martyr Saleh Al-Arouri, as well as the martyrs of the Gaza Support Front, including Martyr Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, he emphasized that the blood of these martyrs was shed on the way to the liberation of Jerusalem.
This statement further mentioned 6 important points, which are:
First: The resistance of the heroic people of Gaza and their sacrifices and their presence alongside the resistance during the past year is a rock that has defeated all the plots of the invaders.
Second: The crimes of the occupiers against the leaders and commanders and cadres of armed groups inside and outside Palestine and the commanders of the support front will increase our strength and strength in confronting the occupiers and their aggressive plots, and this resistance will continue until the collapse of the occupiers.
Third: We in the Hamas movement are proud of the following things after one year has passed since the start of the Al-Aqsa storm operation, which is still ongoing:
1- The sacrifices of the great people of Gaza who showed their readiness to defend their dignity, freedom, and independence with their blood.
2- The sacrifices of the heroic resistance and the resistance battalions that showed the fakeness of the occupiers’ myths brought them closer to the inevitable end and collapse and offered many martyrs in this way.
3- The heroism of revolutionary youth and resistance men in the West Bank who fought against the Zionist enemy and defended their lands and holy places.
Fourth: The Hamas movement continues to make great efforts to stop the aggression and end the sufferings of the Palestinian nation and treats all the proposed plans based on this principle, and at the same time insists on the permanent cessation of aggression and the complete withdrawal of the invaders and respects the rights and fundamentals of the Palestinian people. And the values ​​of the Palestinian nation are fully adhered to.
Fifth: All the black claims and propaganda of the Zionists and their fascist cabinet against the resistance have shown their fakeness, just as all their rumors and psychological warfare have not been able to shake the resistance.
Sixth: We consider the US government to be a partner in this aggression and fully responsible for the continuation of crimes and genocide, and we ask it to stop supporting and fully supporting the Zionist regime and to try to stop this brutal genocide.
