After the video of a Syrian girl asking to take a picture with al-Jolani and receiving a hijab warning from him was published on social media, other videos related to the request of women present on the heights of Mount Qasioun to take a picture with al-Jolani were also published.
The widespread publication of these images and videos is in line with al-Jolani’s desire to be seen in the media and politically exploit it, as he shows himself in these images as a humble person who is very close to the Syrians.
